         Watershed Health

We are working closely with several partners to identify and address water issues in the seven major watersheds within our area. Partners include watershed councils, resource management agencies, county representatives, Tribal Governments, Resource Conservation Districts and others. Of primary concern are: watershed health, water quality, and water quantity. We support watershed council efforts through assistance with project development and implementation, grant seeking and administration, and assistance with meeting facilitation.

Our goals are improved watershed health and water quality, increased water quantity, and increased awareness of water issues and conservation practices for land managers and local citizens.
