The RC&D program provides a unique opportunity for individuals and organizations to network over a multi-county area to address local issues. Thus, a forum is created where information and efforts can be shared among many organizations working on similar issues, and where concerned citizens can present project ideas to varied organizations. The RC&D can also serve to leverage funding dollars as we work to bring organizations together on projects.
